These Website Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of www.2cantalks.com and any subdomain (the Site) operated by 2CanTalks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (2CanTalks, we, us). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern use of the Site. They are separate from the agreements that govern our sales development services, which are the Master Services Agreement, any Order Form, and the Pilot and Sprint Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement controls for that service relationship.
1. Who may use the Site
You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Site on behalf of an entity unless you have the authority to bind that entity. You may not use the Site if you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction or if applicable law prohibits your access.
2. Permitted use
You may access and view the Site for lawful personal, informational, or business purposes consistent with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for those purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

- Use the Site in a way that violates law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or breaches any contract.

- Use the Site to create a service that competes with ours or to train machine learning models on our proprietary content without our prior written consent.

The Site and all text, graphics, images, logos, videos, software, and other content made available on the Site (the Content) are owned by 2CanTalks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 2CanTalks and related logos are trademarks of 2CanTalks LLC. If you submit any information, content, or suggestions through the Site (other than personal information governed by our Privacy Policy), you grant 2CanTalks a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that submission for any business purpose. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that the submission does not infringe any third-party right or applicable law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2CanTalks and its personnel from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Site.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 4, 5, 10, 11, 13, and 14.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be submitted to good-faith discussions for fifteen (15) business days. If unresolved, claims of USD 25,000 or less may be brought in small claims court in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the claimant’s home jurisdiction at the claimant’s election; claims above USD 25,000 will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, with the arbitrator’s award final and non-appealable. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action.
14. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be signalled by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
