Is this a sales pitch?

No. It is a working conversation. We come in with questions about your ICP, current rep productivity, and cost per meeting. If offshore does not cut CAC for your model we will tell you and point you at a better fit.

What do I need to bring?

Rough numbers. How many reps, what they cost fully loaded, how much pipeline they produce. Ballpark is fine. If you do not know, we will work it out on the call.

What happens after?

If there is fit, we send a short scoping document and a reference call. If there is no fit, we tell you what we would do in your shoes. Either way, no pressure, no follow-up sequence.
